ITEMS 50420 & 50620
These steam boilers are flue boilers which are very efficient with a high steam development. They are offered in 2 types; a single flame tube, Ø 85 mm and two flame tubes, Ø 100 mm. Both boilers are suitable for use in model ships. The flame tubes are fitted with spiral arranged transverse superheater pipes.
The boilers are equipped with 2 independent relief valves whereby one is firmly adjusted to 3 bar and the other one to the pressure up to 3 bar as desired. A glass tube water level is installed onto the other end from the burners. A connection for a water feed and for a manometer is likewise present. The boiler feet are fastened with a band and special screws. One insulates the boiler with the wooden strips. They can be glued on with adhesive - gel. With three boiler volumes the timber cladding becomes secured.
The boilers are soldered, cleaned, sand-radiated, pressure tested, examined and polished.
