July 2 thru July 9 I will be on vacation but I expect to be able to getg to email.
The trip to Germany was a complete bust, I got as far as Dover Delaware. Spent three days at the AMC passenger terminal. Lessons learned 1. Never travel AMC if you have a paticular destination in mind. 2. Never travel AMC if you have a deadline or an expectation of an arrival date. 3. Never travel AMC in the summer, everyone in a higher catagory than you is already in line ahead of you.
June 9, 2011 - Leaving for Aurach Germany to visit the REGNER factory! Never been to Germany! Should be back by June 16th.
February 26, 2011 - Web sight changes have begun, it will take me a while to get things done. Please be patient.
January 24, 2011 - Well, the big news is that Ken Johnson is retiring from the business and Dave Orwig is taking over as the "New Management". Dave has worked with me for several years in the background as chief trouble shooter, substitute when I could not get to DH, and in many other ways. I am very pleased that Dave has stepped forward to assume the business. You should see no difference in the service provided by the Train Department. Dave is really good!!
Contact Infromation has changed. New information is listed under Contact, This website. Please update you files and records accordingly. Ken's old Phone number (757-855-6364) will no longer be valid after the end of January, 2011.
No transition is perfect, so if you have an outstanding order and nothing seems to be happening, Please check with Dave to assure it is still on Backorder with the factory.

27 JAN 2010: REGNER has posted his new items for 2010 on his website. We will have them up on our site in English very soon.
23 JAN 2010: I could not make it to Diamondhead this year. So several real friends steped up to save the day. A very special thanks to:
Jerry Shehaan: for running the Shay Kit Building Exhibition. He rearranged his busy schedule to stay the full time and make this an outstanding success.
Tom Bowdler: For assisting in the Shay Exhibition with a hand recovering from surgery.
Dave Orwig and Dan Hammer: For driving my merchandises to DH, setting up and running the Train Department dealer table.
I am indeed fortunate to have such wonderful friends.
