TENDER

KITS 20685 (BLACK) AND 20686 (MAROON)

Tenders were attached to locomotives, if very long distances were to be mastered, and no possibilities existed to obtain water or fuels locally.
The tenders were built for locomotives of all track widths and sizes. Locomotives of smaller track widths had usually smaller fourwheel tenders. Larger machines possessed two fourwheel, some even three-axles. With some narrow-gauge railways, the tenders were built in the own workshops, which looked sometimes even adventurous. They would always serve the purpose, for which they were built.
Our model is made from brass and high-grade steel. Coal or wood loads are glued in place. There is also generall sufficient room for batteries and RC receivers. Likewise a container with feed water and a hand feed pump can be inserted and/or RC feed pump. The tender is a kit, which like the locomotives, machine work, and painting is already done. Also the inscription is already applied.
